Approaching Camden Lock

I went, with my husband and some members of our Camera Club on a coach trip to London today.

Our tour of 3 places was delayed due to road closures, therefore we walked the Bayswater Road to Little Venice where we picked up a Waterbus to Camden Lock. We were meant to spend about an hour in Camden Lock and Market, before moving onto Kenwood House. Due to the earlier delays, it was decided to spend about 2 hours at Camden Lock and Market, before heading home.

As you can see from this image of our Waterbus approaching Camden Lock; the area was absolutely heaving with people.

Unfortunately we found the crowds too much, especially trying to get through with our camera bags - we always seemed to be in someone's way. We had a quick look round, took a few images and tried to escape.

We were at our coach pick-up point a little early, but at least we were away from the majority of the people!
