Bird's eye view

A day of meetings and detailed discussions about how to manage devolved budgets did not offer opportunities for blips.

So when the sun was setting and the sky turning pinky orange I nipped up to the attic to catch this view over the castle, and a real bird!

It was so late in the day that the title of the blip might have been "winging it".
