The happiest sick kid

So today topped yesterday.
We had to say goodbye to our gorgeous puppy as we decided we couldn't give him all the surgeries he needed as none would be covered by his insurance and we would be talking about thousands of pounds. Thankfully his breeder and one of mummy's friends is a very special lady and has taken him back and promised to do all the work needed to give him the best life. To say mummy was devastated was an understatement but we will find our perfect puppy again soon hopefully.
Again ollie provided a distraction as his trip to the gp ended up as a trip to a&e. The gp didn't think he was having a reaction to the penicillin but in fact had scarlet fever. However the typical treatment for scarlet fever is penicillin so we were sent to see the paediatrician at the hospital to see what he thought. 5 hours later he agreed with the gp but said he can't rule out a penicillin allergy too so he has to have special antibiotics which no one seems to stock. It has taken so long to diagnose he is no longer contagious but instead has spread the love far and wide over the past five days.
He still seems to be the least looking sick child around and caused chaos at the hospital by ripping up his notes, throwing the ear torch on the floor and munching on a wooden stick instead of letting them look at his throat. He is definitely on the mend!
