When knees go bad...

As the running frequency increases and so to the advancing years, I find I can no longer pretend (or party) like it's 1999!

Along with a multi vitamin and an omega fish oil supplement, I have started taking these for my knees.

I don't know if it is psychosomatic or smarter training, or both, but I am experiencing less knee pain at the moment.

Long may it continue.
