... or "An Old Dog Tries New Tricks".

Sorry about the absence (and any rumors of my demise are thankfully premature) but it has been a stressful month or so where I have had little or no access to camera gear or internet.

1. First came the sale of our house and the move to Largo (I'm getting too old for this stuff).
2. Then a week with the kids and grand-kids (cellphone camera but no internet. I'll craft a collage of Ella and Miles and post it soon).
3. Returned to our new hometown to start arranging furniture and setting up utilities, internet, computers, new doctors, drivers licenses etc. (I'm getting too old for this stuff).
4. Then, just as we were mostly set up - busted pipes/mold/and having to move out to wait for the kitchen to be torn apart/pipes fixed/mold treated/cabinets replaced/carpets cleaned (did I mention getting too old?).
5. Used the time to visit with my sister and her husband in North Carolina (Mikes cancer may have returned - time spent with them is precious) and Connie spent a week in Maine visiting with her mother (more precious time).
6. Back to Florida last weekend to re-start the process of moving in ... I'm tired but at least I have access again to internet and my photography apps/editing programs.

It may take a while to get up to speed but I'm back and looking forward to catching up with your journals ... and the adventure, as I have been known to observe my friends, continues.
