Seabase: Day 7

Woke up and ate breakfast.

Took a picture on the boat.

Left Seabase on a bus.

Went to the alligator farm (pictured).

Went on a tour boat.

Watched the alligator feeding.

Bought gifts at the gift shop for the family.

Back on the bus where we went to the same Japanese buffet restaurant for lunch as Day 1. They had a hibachi part that I didn't notice last time and it was really good.

Back to the bus which we took to the airport.

Complications with the flight but it ended up staying the same.

Had a burger and shake for dinner.

I invented a game where you would strike up a conversation with a random person in the airport and find out their name, where they're from, and where they're going to. I did seven people, each more interesting then the next.

Thirty minute delay and switched gates.

Talked to a man named Dave Ferry, AKA Super Dave. He is involved in running a new sport called grid. It's based on Crossfit and the league is the NPGL (National Professional Grid League). He talked all about it and I got to meet one of the players, Buddy. The troop got a picture with them and they posted it to Instagram.

Watched TV on the plane.

Couldn't land because of the storm and air traffic so it took two hours longer than it should have.

Took a bus back to Wantagh. Dad picked me up.

Had some sushi and bread from Thom Thom at his house.

Going to bed now.

Nite.

Today's Random Thoughts:

I always wonder if horses know that they're racing.

They might know that they have to get there as fast as they can, and they maybe even know there's a finish line, but do they know that they have to be faster than the other horses?

P.S. Oh my god I can't believe I forgot to write this, it was also my birthday!!! 15 years old and counting. :)
