OMG! My baby is a car driving adult.

Today was Leevi's day. First of all, he turned 18 today. The day started with a traditional wake-up ceremony with a song, presents and breakfast. Then me and Leevi headed to Hervanta where Leevi had his driving test. I had a small headache and Leevi had a small stomachache because we both were so nervous. I sat on the backseat and the officer observed Leevi's driving skills on the front seat. The officer was a very nice man and chatted a lot - that made us to feel more relaxed. Leevi drove a good 35 minutes and I thought it went very well. The officer thought the same and announced that the test was passed. Woo hoo! What a great news!

We celebrated Leevi by having a lunch at pizzeria Napoli. Later Emma went to movie with her friend Sanni and Leevi continued his day with his friends.

So life hasn't kicked Leevi to his head today like the photo implies. Leevi's birthday portrait was taken in the park of Alexandra Siltanen where lies a monument for Kalle Päätalo (a prolific author who lived and worked in Tampere).
