Sunshine

Up early, dogs walked and then off to visit mum. She has that vacant look at the moment and didn't respond, not sure her eyesight is 100% but will get that checked next month at the eye hospital.

Back home, hairdresser visited and made me look beautiful (well she tried, but Rome wasn't made in a day!). Then off to a friend/work colleague for lunch. Great catch up, saw her new boat, half built kitchen, Archie (dog) and sat looking to the skies for aeroplanes (she lives near Farnborough). She has some lovely flowers in the garden, spotted this little fella collecting the nectar.

WW tonight - put on a pound which is not bad as I had a week off last week (away).
