Oat field in Perton

I was quite excited to see an Oat field on a walk on the footpaths around Perton, as I hadn't really noticed any before, the crops mainly being rape, barley and wheat.

A visit by a specialist damp expert has 'damped' our concerns over the surveyors report. Not as bad as we had been led to believe.
