Sunset Tree

Not been feeling too great lately. Stress taking its toll, I think. So we went out for a stroll into the sunset after eating tonight, a brisk walk through a balmy twilight. I snapped this tree that I blipped a couple of months ago when it was still leafless. Now it is laden with ripening walnuts, and framed by hay bales.

It was a busy day. Went to the tax office in Figeac to get double taxation forms stamped in quadruplicate for the Poles. Had lunch in a beautiful little rural restaurant that we hadn't tried in thirty years and were very pleasantly surprised. Bought a couple of cabin-sized suitcases for up-coming travels. Visited the insurance office and got a discount on our house insurance.

Oh, and bought a car!
