Summer's evening

What else does one do on a summer's evening other than go out with the horse and cart? At least that's what the local blacksmith does! And what a fine evening for it. This shot was taken from our front doorstep across the street.
The packing is progressing well after a solid week of it, so tomorrow we are off to Italy for a week's break. Now the hot weather has returned it's time to get back out into the hills.
