Evening Glow

I had several potential blips in mind for today, but dropped them all when I just happened to glance out of the kitchen window and spotted this beautiful sunset. We haven't had many such colourful ends to the day so far this year, so had to record it.

It's been a busy day in the garden trying to tidy up a lot of plants that have grown too big, including all the fruit trees. Probably the wrong time to prune them, but they've been chopped anyway and now you can actually see the fruit waiting to ripen:-)

Rain forecast again for tomorrow, so the weather is sticking to the one good day, one bad one pattern!
