Self service

I found this new machine in my local post office today and I weighed and posted my parcel without speaking to anyone, while I enjoyed fiddling with a new machine I did wonder if this was going to mean an end to our local counter service and although I hate queuing I think I would miss the interaction with the members of staff and I'm sure I'm not the only one to feel like this.
