Science is fun!

Today started with a lovely brunch out in Wallingford with N&A&C&O, before we headed to the Look Out to meet up with Uncle B and Aunty C.

We all had a great time - there was plenty to keep CJ entertained while us adults chatted, but there was also enough there to keep the big boys entertained also! I think the favourite displays where the canals - where you could build dams and race the boats and the rocket display - the big boys provided the energy for launch and CJ pressed the big red button to start the launch count ball!

After all the water play CJ was a little wet but Uncle B had a solution - use the big fan to try to dry him off. The results were surprisingly good and they had a lot of fun trying it out!

Then it was off to the local pub for an early dinner, before CJ and I dropped S2 at the airport so he could head home. Poor CJ didn't really understand why Dad wasn't there to read him his bedtime story - but luckily it will only be a few days before we head home and he will see Dad again!
