Rainy Tuesday

After a long day...long week and a half really...all I wanted to do tonight was go for a run. Of course it had to rain as I was leaving school...boooo...so the run was OUT.

As I was at home taking this photo, being annoyed with the fact that all I really had to say about today was that it rained and I had to miss my run, I realized something. I started thinking about this rainy day and how I should be thankful for the rainy days. Without the rainy days we wouldn't appreciate sunny days. Without the exhausting weeks we wouldn't appreciate the relaxing moments. Without tough times, we wouldn't appreciate good times.

So, I am appreciating this rainy day for giving me a day off of running and some more quality time with the hubby :)
