Summer solstice
Despite the leg and crutches I decided to DO MY BIT for the rugby club today. Two of the lads put up the tent and table and I hid my leg behind the poster while talking to EVERYONE! It was decided that the English accent generally lead people to stop and once talking we could find a way to get them to buy a raffle ticket and the kids loved the ball-target game that we put together a couple of days ago. I was there for 5-6 hours then other lads took over and finished the evening out.
N was very patient (as ever), had a mooch around the stalls then we went for some lunch then she picked me up afterwards and we relaxed at home with a couple of films.
