Howdy
I woke up with a bit of a sore throat this morning. I mooched around a bit and then did some tidying up (there's still so much to do!). A big huntsman spider jumped out at me and that was the end of that! It was duly dispatched but I was freaked out by it!
Cousteau and I went for a lovely walk in a different paddock. Apart from the (long) dead calf, it was very pleasant. This beastie gazed at me for a few photos before lumbering away from us.
Back now for some lunch and then off into Sunbury to pick up Miss MB from school. We're going to get a hot chocolate before cooking dinner.
I'd better get on with the tidy up and just hope that no more spiders try to get me!
Cousteau is outside in the sunshine; I have to keep an eye on him since the fencing isn't the best, but in reality, he doesn't really want to wander away from where I am anyway, which is a bit of a bonus.
I start full-time relief teaching tomorrow for the next ten weeks. I'm a bit apprehensive, but am sure I'll be fine.
Bye all.
