and......relax

A long day of travel which Eve coped with exceptionally well. I think my talk about staying close to Mummy in the airport in case she ends up on the wrong plane may have actually terrified her. I was delighted with my unusually obedient companion!

Kefalonia is just as beautiful as I expected. On arrival, Eve fancied a dip in the pool and amazed us by demonstrating how she can get in and out by herself with confidence. She quickly moved on to jumping in.

It goes without saying that we all enjoyed some hearty Greek cuisine at a local taverna in the evening - stuffed vine leaves were the only things which didn't tempt Eve, but they were the best I've ever had.
