Loop the Loop

The boat arriving at Embankment after another chase from Blackfriars, where I just missed it. Hot and "glowing" but made it!

Pleasant enough office day followed, and in the evening I joined the running club from Shorewave Cinema for a loop around Tower Bridge and back over Millennium Bridge. I discovered that running with others makes me faster! Several personal bests recorded on Strava.
