So. Much. Rain.

The storm of the decade hit Sunday night . . . and Monday the second wave of rain came during lunch with my good friend (and bridesmaid!) Rose in Riverside. I hit the road at about 3:30 p.m. and made it to the Ralph's in San Marcos after a white-knuckled drive down the 15. Usually, I'm pretty comfortable driving in the rain . . . but this wasn't just a little bit of drizzle like usual . . . it was torrential! I was so happy to pull into the parking lot in one piece (but for what it's worth - the drive was totally worth it!).

When I headed out of the parking lot to make my way home, the rain had stopped and two rainbows had positioned themselves perfectly over Cal State San Marcos.
