Weights!

I have a friend who is a personal trainer and she very kindly put a fitness programme together for me late last year. I try to do it at least once a week (I also go to callanetics and pilates classes and try to fit in some running too!).

I need to use weights for a couple of the exercises but don't have any actual weights - so I use a couple of cans of tomatoes!

I did a session tonight :-)
