Yellow elephant,
In a red telephone box,
Cool; but is it art?

Since I saw about this in a local newspaper I just had to go and find it! Stella came too but it's on a busy road (I suspect it's normally quieter but the alternative route is closed)...we then went on to Ely country park so she was a happy girl. The cool shade under the trees was very welcome :)
