No Jam Today.

Thought I would try and tackle the strawberry glut and make some jam today. Trawled the interweb looking for easy, straight forward recipes, found a well reviewed one in The Guardian, bought all the recommended ingredients, including proper jam sugar.

Four and a half hours later and it still hasn't set.

From further investigation on the internet, it seems the best you can do with it, is use it as ice cream sauce.

20 jars of strawberry ice cream sauce.....

Should have just asked my Mum.
