Funny Ol' Day

Tracy back from holiday at work but it was all over the place today. Si is also away so we had a locum coming who got caught up in the crash on the M5 so arrived 2 and a half hours late so that threw the morning all over the place :)
This afternoon wasn't a lot better with a couple of peeps that didn't turn up...
oh well sometimes it just goes like that...
Took myself for a walk tonight and I am still trying really hard to count the calories :)) nothings moving :( it maybe because I am on the scales 10 times a day waiting for something to happen lol!!!!
