Coos Bay Rail Link Train

I was stopped at a train crossing while riding my bicycle today.

The Coos Bay Rail Link is the result of the rail line upgrade completed last year.

The locomotive driver gave me a big smile and wave as his train loaded with lumber rumbled by.

A very enjoyable 10 minute break in my ride.
