Dusk in the Wood

The construction dust has settled around River Heath. We took a walk along the new landing. The eagles gather here, fetching carp from the murky shallows.

There are new piers here, too. Probably a little too public for the pelicans but I can see ducks and geese eventually finding a mooring.

We turned home chased by mosquitoes and shadows.
