Journey to Franz Josef

Still raining. Also looking forward to getting out of this cold and damp 'house'.

It isn't too long a drive to Franz Josef today, but we have stops along the way. I remembered most of them from last time, but we did get to do one final walk to a viewpoint to see the Franz Josef Glacier. The rain had stopped by now, though the clouds were still quite low. It was cool to see it.

At the hostel it was good to rejoin the 21st century and get some wifi! We then made chilli for dinner (working around the ridiculously messy Kiwi bus and Contiki people). Then a few drinks in the room and one down in the bar. There was a limbo competition on.. Alicia would have smashed it.
