Swimming in the Serpentine.
The ninth and last, I think, of my London outdoor swimming spots. The water temperature was perfect, a refreshing but comfortable 21. Convenience cannot be beaten, just a mile from home. The well-kept lawn around the children's paddling pool provided a relaxing environment for what seemed like a sensible post-swim flat Coke. (The water did taste a bit odd.)
And I'm glad I looked up to spot that Canadian goose gliding across my path!
