Carrpaccio

I have never made a meat dish that requires no cooking, and is mostly about assemblage.



Carrpaccio (Rocket and Parmigian-Reggiano)

Assemble with the following ingredients on a plate:
Thinly sliced beef (eye fillet) - squeeze lemon over before adding the next few layers
Rocket leaves and flowers
Generous amount of parmigian-reggiano cheese
Sauce of dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice
Grind cracked pepper all over
