Lazy Days of Summer

Today was great. I watched a movie in the morning, went to the Sheraton for a salad bar lunch, ran by the library, headed over to BJs for some bulk items, and came home to make Jimmy a fancy dinner of salmon with a goat cheese, spinach, and sundried tomato topping and a wild rice pilaf on the side. Wow, I know! Hold your applause until the end please. It was actually really easy and takes longer to say than it did to make, but I'll still take a little credit. Jimmy came home later than normal tonight because he went to play racket ball with the guys after work. We got to spend the evening together and it's my favorite part of the days these days. I just think he is the best :)
