New Forest lunch

Met up with friends for lunch at the Alice Lisle public house near Ringwood.
Alice Lisle was a Royalist lady who had dissenting sympathies. She was tried by Judge Jeffreys after she had hidden away a couple of dissenting preachers. She has the distinction of being the last person in England to be publically hanged.
