Hardraw Falls near Hawes

A perfect day, great weather, great company (Doreen) and a run round the country lanes in the MG with the hood down. We drove to Ingleton then up to Hawes on a favourite road of ours when we had the bike.
We didn't go into Hawes but went to Hardraw Falls. We haven't been there for a long time. I took loads of pictures of gorgeous water. In the falls area the light was very tricky with a strong sun and deep shadows. However I hope the blip gives an idea of this beautiful spot. From the falls we had a snack lunch at a lovely cafe in Hardraw.
We stopped on Morecambe promenade on the way home to enjoy an ice cream finishing off the perfect day.
