Extraordinary

I know it's a flower but at least it's not pink.
I wanted to blip one of these flowers before they all wither because I can't get over the weirdness of it. I'm not sure I even like it personally. The bush is in a neighbours front garden (note, dear jojo97 ).
I've no idea what it is. SMLP will know for sure.
