What better way to spend a Thursday night after work than lying in the sun in Holyrood Park.

My amazingly talented and thoughtful sister, knowing how much I love sitting in the park, made me a gorgeous picnic blanket and carry bag for my birthday. Completely homemade by Mrs Taylor - it is 'Taylormade' - what a brilliant brand name!

I have to say, I absolutely love it. Very well done indeed - this makes a happy Susan! Thank you my dear!

You can see part of the blanket and part of the bag here, accompanied by a sneaky gin and tonic in a can (why the bloody hell not), my lovely new sandals, kindle and a special 25 year Anniversary Marc de Champagne Magnum.
