Don’t moan!

A gorgeous day here in the UK! If one more person complains that its ‘close’ or ‘muggy’ I will tell them off!! Yes it is a little close and yes it’s a little muggy, but hey, it’s been this way in the UK for many, many, many summers, it should be no surprise! Find a cool room, shut the blinds, grab a cool drink and shove on a fan if you must but for me today started (6am) with a fab PT session having a great work out using natural sources to do squats, interval work and even weight work. The birds were singing, it was cool; it was just perfect and a great way to start a busy day. Home now and a little walk around the garden to see what was enjoying today’s delight. This fella clearly was!
