Moving on

Oliver joined some of his peers in a leaver's assembly this evening, which was great because I was able to attend. They performed a play in which Oliver played his teacher, complete with funny walk and some cheeky lines delivered as only Oliver can. He got a lot of laughs.

During the performance it finally hit me that my baby boy is going to senior school!

When my eldest son was about to start 'big school', I'm not sure who was more worried, me or him. This time round I know what to expect. Of course on the first day I will still probably be a nervous wreck!
