Graduation preparations...& a "Thank you" picture

If you're a Twitter "friend", you know I run a Pre-school for 2-5 year olds. (If you're a friend on FB you'll see a rant!) We started holding a Graduation party for our " big school " leavers at least 10 years ago. Their mortar-boards are made to measure; their certificates are hand-written and personal.
The picture? Our topic this term is People who help us. We visited the fire station a few weeks ago - Mum's had more "fun" than the pupils...! Our local lollipop lady - sorry crossing patrol person - came along to the setting, and had fun in the car park. The picture was coloured in by 1 of my 4 year olds, and is going to be made into a Thank you card for lollipop lady. Damn it, we're good!
Overworked, underpaid....wouldn't change it for the world!
