Hazel, Kentucky

We stopped today in Hazel to look at the antiques and have lunch. While Lisa, my sister-in-law, did some work on her phone, I stopped to visit one of the most awesome little art galleries ever. The artist is a Cajun who tells the most enchanted stories and has drawn amazing, folk art drawings to accompany them. I loved it so much. So, as a little gift back, I left him a yarn bomb. I called him later to tell him the secret (so he wouldn't miss it- there was a LOT of stuff there) and he texted me back saying how happy he was to get it. All on all, stories for rocks, it was a completely satisfying day. :0)
