Courage To Challenge

I attended an afternoon training session, run by the HR professional body that I belong to, at the Holiday Inn in Colchester today.

The session explored what skills were needed by individuals, to show courage and confidence to speak up and challenge others in a constructive way, when confronted with resistance in the workplace.

An interesting 3 hours.
