La Tour Eiffel (well, Blackpool actually)

Took the Little 'Uns along with Suzie & Shaun, Alice & Olivia, to the circus at Blackpool tower. ("Oh no you didn't!") Being the last night of the Christmas / New Year run, it was quite pantomimy ("Oh no it wasn't!" etc etc) & the girls loved it. Even the Wee Man was rapt for most of it.

We also went up the Tower, constructed almost entirely of rust, judging by the view from the lift, & Sals & Sophie got all dewy-eyed in the grand ballroom, where the organists/organs alternate by descending through/rising from the stage. Very Phantom of the Opera.
