Preparing a Rendang
I'm starting to cook from Rick Stein's latest cookery book and decided to try a Rendang stew. Are you anything like me that starts cooking and finds they don't have one of the ingredients? So I can't claim it is authentnic nor can I tell you what it's like yet - it is still cooking!
