Perspective

Yes, you've seen this view (from different angles in different seasons) before. But this elevated lokout over the glasshouse mountains and to the Sunshine Coast of eastern Australia always does the soul good. I went up here for a few minutes this morning and drank it in - it gets life into perspective.

There are fierce winds about in this area today. I was coming out of Woolworth's, Maleny this morning when there was a sound like gunshot - and a massive tree nearby teetered then crashed to earth. Wow, it made those of us there jump out of our skins! I'm glad it fell away from us and nearby buildings. Nature flexing its muscles!
