Tortoiseshell

Butterfly I saw two but only managed to get a couple of
shots of one, they are very pretty and I love the blue
They are in rapid decline due to wet summers the
chrysalis being eaten by wasps and the old one.. habitat
which is a shame about 10 years ago I saw at least 50
on a buddleia it was an amazing sight.
Been doing a bit of weeding and usual boring stuff
around the house yawn yawn yawn.....:-)
It stared off with thick mist or as the locals call it the
Haar...then the good ol sun cleared it away and it's been
warm and sunny
