And the groynes are looking good.

Had the most shocking night's sleep last night, what with the storms and the heat and the slightly too much wine. At 4.30 this morning I had to go for a walk in the garden to cool down.

This morning we went for coffee at the cafe on the seafront with my mum and dad, and then for a short paddle in the sea. Since then I have done nothing useful at all. Barbecue this evening and hopefully a cooler night tonight!
