Drama in the skies...

above my garden.. I have just had the most lovely cup of tea in the garden with the entire local population of swallows, house martins and swifts performing aerial acrobatics above my garden.. I had to 'try' to capture some on film but not to many photos were that successful!! This to me epitomises the heat of the day we are having..around 29-30 degrees on my thermometer but the humidity is adding to that feeling of heat!

I expect we are going to have a few more thunderstorms tonight.. they were dramatic last night (at 2.30ish) keeping me awake for a while as they crashed and rumbled round the valley.
