Will's Wise Words #2

Turned out 'nice again' today.. after the storm last night which forced our neurotic collie to come upstairs into our bedroom - she's not allowed upstairs and wouldn't normally think about doing that!

Walking Corrie this morning, there were some rumbles of thunder but the sun came through and it's now hot again, although breezy. Today is Day 2 of Will's Wise Words to use my prop in DDW's July Prop Challenge - kind of related to time without actually showing a time piece.

I selected a sunflower head as the 'seeds of time' - bright and cheerful and always finding the sun. We have a group of sunflowers in the garden grown from seeds by the grandchildren although Grandad has been doing the caring; this particular bloom is Sophie's although the others are not far behind. One day they will produce seeds of their own and perhaps we will repeat the process again next year.

There just happened to be a honey bee busy at the time ignoring me and a lens very close to what it was doing!
