I'd put money on them being like this one in Devizes. It's tucked away in the tiniest anachronism of an alley and crammed with feathers, flourishes, curves, lines and perfect service. My six year old's only grumble was that she won't get to keep the head band that they're customising to match her bridesmaid dress.
