The Ice(cream) Man Cometh ...

Had a fab day out at the Tatton Park "Foodie Festival" with Blip Buddy Beewriter.
Pictured is artisan ice cream maker Giles.
Giles and his wife, chocolatier, Fiona are passionate about the products they make and sell. It was a gloriously hot day so we treated ourselves to one of his delicious caramel/fudge creations - worth breaking the diet for!

I love it when people have a real passion for what they do and I think it shows in his face.
Pity I didn't get one of him holding an ice-cream.
