Dionaea Muscipula

My Venus Flytrap has developed a long curving stem (oo er matron) over the last few weeks.
Flower buds appeared and today they looked ready to pop open, so I gave the plant a few hours in the sunshine and was rewarded with a flower.

In other news I went to see Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes, which is very good.
