Messing around in the water...

What a glorious afternoon! Miniman & his buddies played happily in the garden of my friend. They had everything they could want.,, sun, playmates, a paddling pool, a hose and plenty of toys! Me, Nana Jean and the two other Mums sat round the garden table with drinks & cake & caught up, Something we haven't done for ages. A perfect end to the week.

I read Miniman the first three chapters of the trilogy on the bed tonight as he tried in vain to keep his eyes open. They closed at 'We're only going to see what's at the top! Don't be a baby!'
'Im not,' said Beth, and she and Frannie hauled themselves up beside Joe, 'It doesn't look very difficult to climb. We'll soon be at the top.'
But it wasn't as easy as they thought, as you will see!
